When asked how he could back a government that’s less likely to win, Windsor stated that they’d “be more likely to be here a longer time if they can’t go to the polls and win in a hurry”, with Oakeshot interjecting, “They’ve got more to lose”.
In other words, Oakeshot and Windsor admit they are defying what the nation (including their own conservative electorates) and propping up one of the most incompetent and unstable governments in Australia’s history, which has been massively repudiated by voters, has suffered a savage swing – in seats, first and second preference votes and its legitimacy – in order to preserve their power for as long as possible.

Oakeshott: he wants a ministry. 30 pieces of silver. Fuckwit.
We'll be back at the polls all too soon.

I wonder if you've ever considered how strange it is that the educational and character-shaping structures of our culture expose us but a single time in our lives to the ideas of Socrates, Plato, Euclid, Aristotle, Herodotus, Augustine, Machiavelli, Shakespeare, Descartes, Rousseau, Newton, Racine, Darwin, Kant, Kierkegaard, Tolstoy, Schopenhauer, Goethe, Freud, Marx, Einstein, and dozens of others of the same rank, but expose us annually, monthly, weekly, and even daily to the ideas of persons like Jesus, Moses, Muhammad, and Buddha.
Why is it, do you think, that we need quarterly lectures on charity, while a single lecture on the laws of thermodynamics is presumed to last us a lifetime?
Why is the meaning of Christmas judged to be so difficult of comprehension that we must hear a dozen explications of it, not once in a lifetime, but every single year, year after year after year? Perhaps even more to the point, why do the pious (who already know every word of whatever text they find holy) need to have it repeated to them week after week after week, and even day after day after day? [...]
Have you ever wondered why it is the duty of the clergy of so many sects to read the Divine Office - daily? Why the same affirmations of faith are repeated word for word in so many religious communities around the world - daily?
Is it so difficult to remember that Allah is One or that Christ died for our sins that it must be reiterated at least once every day throughout life? [...]
Anywhere in the world, East or West, you can walk up to a stranger and say, "Let me show you how to be saved," and you'll be understood. You may not be believed or welcomed when you speak these words, but you will surely be understood.
The fact that you'll be understood should astonish you, but it doesn't, because you've been prepared from childhood by a hundred thousand voices - a million voices - to understand these words yourself.
You know instantly what it means to be "saved," and it doesn't matter in the least whether you believe in the salvation referred to.
You know in addition, as a completely distinct matter, that being saved involves some method or other. The method might be a ritual-baptism, extreme unction, the sacrament of penance, the performance of ceremonial works, or anything at all.
It might, on the other hand, be an inner action of repentance, love, faith, or meditation.
Again in addition, and again as a completely distinct matter, you know that the method of salvation being proposed is universal: It can be used by everyone and works for everyone.
Yet again: You know that the method has not been discovered, developed, or tested in any scientific laboratory; either God has revealed it to someone or someone has discovered it in a supranormal state of consciousness. Although initially received by divine means, the method is nonetheless transmittable by normal means, which explains why it's possible for a perfectly ordinary individual to be offering the method to others. [...]
But all this barely scratches the surface of what is meant when someone says, "Let me show you how to be saved."
A complex and profound worldview is implicit in such a statement.
According to this worldview, the human condition is such that everyone is born in an unsaved state and remains unsaved until the requisite ritual or inner action is performed, and all who die in this state either lose their chance for eternal happiness with God or fail to escape the weary cycle of death and rebirth.
Because we've been schooled from birth to understand all this, we're not at all puzzled to hear someone say, "Let me show you how to be saved." Salvation is as plain and ordinary to us as sunrise or rainfall.
But now try to imagine how these words would be received in a culture that had no notion that people were born in an unsaved state, that had no notion that people need to be saved. A statement like this, which seems plain and ordinary to us, would be completely meaningless and incomprehensible to them, in part and in whole. Not a word of it would make sense to them.
Imagine all the work you'd have to do to prepare the people of this culture for your statement. You'd have to persuade them that they (and indeed all humans) are born in a state in which they require salvation. You'd have to explain to them what being unsaved means - and what being saved means. You'd have to persuade them that achieving salvation is vitally important - indeed the most important thing in the world. You'd have to convince them that you have a method that assures success. You'd have to explain where the method came from and why it works. You'd have to assure them that they can master this method, and that it will work as well for them as it does for you. [...]

Rudd avoids insulation victim's family
AAPAugust 21, 2010 - 2:46PM
Russell Blyth and Andrew and Cassandra Oliver lost their nephew Matthew Fuller, 24, when he was electrocuted while installing insulation on October 14, 2009.
His girlfriend Monique Pridmore, 20, also had her leg blasted in the accident.
The trio held giant posters with photos of Matthew saying "killed" and "lives lost" outside the Uniting Church polling booth in Norman Park on Saturday.
Mr Rudd had arranged to vote there at 1pm but instead voted at Norman Park State School to escape the protesters and the waiting media.
His spokesman, Patrick Gorman, said it was a case of logistics and denied that Mr Rudd had tried to avoid the family.
Earlier an Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) official asked the family to move six metres away from the entrance to the polling booth, but they stood their ground.
Mr Blyth told the media that they had a right to protest.
"Mr Rudd shouldn't be a frontbencher or a backbencher, he shouldn't be in charge of a grain of rice," he said.
Mr Blyth said he wanted an apology from Mr Rudd for not acting sooner to prevent more deaths.
The family told reporters they had been bullied and spat on by Labor volunteers at another polling booth in Mr Rudd's electorate at Bulimba and an AEC official approached the family there as well.

If there is a job to be done, Tony is just as likely to be doing it, whether it is cleaning the toilets or anything else… I, personally, like him. He is just one of the boys, he just gets on and does it. He’s what I call a real person…Former captain Warren Cree:
There is that satisfaction of doing something that actually matters, contributing to the greater good. I know Tony draws a lot from that, too.
It’s a personal thing that he’s passionate about and hasn’t wanted to publicise. He’s actually in the service for all the right reasons. It’s not a political stunt. It’s not something he has put out for general knowledge. He values being just one of the blokes, like anyone else who walked in off the street…
[Abbott] only stood down as deputy at the annual general meeting in April and it was obvious that it was quite a sacrifice. That was understandable. He really likes it and the brigade does go out of its way to protect him…
Give me a crew of Tony Abbotts. He’s a damned hard worker.

These young men didn’t die fighting terrorism in Afghanistan or during the devastating bushfires in Victoria; they tragically died fitting insulation in ceilings, a part of Labor’s home insulation scheme. What I cannot forgive, and will never forget is how this Rudd-Gillard Government attempted, and continues to attempt to evade all moral, political and legal blame for a poorly conceived program lacking ministerial supervision, a program Peter Garrett described as being “very successful” despite four untimely deaths and hundreds of house fires.
I have just one vote. This Saturday I will not be voting for a Labor government or any political party that passes on preferences to the Labor Party. This coming Saturday I will be remembering those four young workers and their families. When you place your vote, perhaps you might do the same.

LABOR IS DEBT. No labor government has ever run a surplus, and they never will. Socialists love debt.
She is a complete fake in all respects.
Labor have created an unsustainable debt for this country to destroy our way of life, create a socialist have/have-not society, and prepare us for assimilation by illegal immigrant hordes.
LABOR MEANS DEBT
LABOR MEANS SLAVERY
LABOR MEANS DESTRUCTION.
That is all.

even if it will be very difficult to succeed by advancing straight ahead,
it will not do to think about going at it in a long, round about way.
The Way of the Samurai is one of immediacy

Existing where there is nothing

Form is emptiness.
That all things are provided for by nothingness

Emptiness is form
One should not think that these are two separate things.
Gillard really does seem sensitive about the Socialist Forum:
THE Labor Party has been caught posting an incomplete transcript of a recent Julia Gillard interview on her official website. It excised its references to her youthful involvement in the Socialist Forum.
The party also excluded from its official record criticism of the Prime Minister’s proposal for a citizens’ assembly to seek a consensus on climate change policy, along with questions over whether Labor had made deals with the Greens in return for electoral preferences.
The Australian has established that a transcript on Labor’s website purporting to reflect an interview the Prime Minister gave on Sydney’s 2GB on July 27 excludes several minutes of the interview, the equivalent of seven pages worth of transcript…
A Labor campaign spokesman said last night the omission—the exclusion of a single chunk of about a third of the interview—was the result of an oversight in the transcribing process.

It was revealed on Channel 9 this morning (another leak?) that the Labor camp had set up the whole ‘debate’ question with Channel 7 well before the interview. The new “real” Julia was to be asked “out of the blue” if she would have another debate, and the new real Julia would “spontaneously” agree to the debate there and then. (By sheer chance, of course, the day she agreed to happened to be the day of the Liberals’ campaign launch.) So – surprise, surprise – the new real Julia is just as stage managed as the old one.

This Union tool is the bloke who singularly staged the Rudd asasssination of Rudd.
He got into a safe labor seat in Victoria last election. His father was a member of the Communist party whose members all went to the Fabian Socialists when the Communist party shut down.
Julia Gillard’s father was a Communist Party member.
Julia is still a Fabian member and aligned throughout her career.
Rudd never belonged to a union. has no factional support.
Julia collected a coterie of leftists around her Shorten being the key mover.
They waited their opportunity while playing a moderate stance and assassinated Rudd.
Also in power - Quenten Bryce who is a socialist feminist par excellence called by Rudd to be GG and the interesting connection where Bryce’s daughter is married to Bill Shorten.
What a bloody coincidence!!!!!!!
The Communists have moved into power via the side door while dopy Australians slept and our journalists provided the sleeping pills.
Julia is going to be be rolled by Shorten either as PM or immediately if Tony Abbot wins the election.

Rosie says:11:25am | 28/07/10All we need now is for Labor to be re elected and our PM to replace poor Tim for the adulterous Craig Emerson which we all now know had an affair with Julia and was prepared to leave his wife for her. We then can have a big lavish wedding at the Lodge paid by the Union Powers!
Then 3 years later, the Union Powers can back stab Julia Gillard and replace her for another female in Penny Wong, have a quick election during the honeymoon period, win and then lucky for her she gets to live in the Lodge with her lesbian partner. Two weddings at the Lodge but this time between two women!
Poor Danielle Raffaele was rudely told by Graham Richardson on the ABC’s Q & A that her question to Penny Wong about “gay marriages” was big time dumb was uncalled for. Penny Wong admitting she was gay knew she would be subjected to questions about “gay marriages” and was answering Danielle eloquently when Graham Richardson rudely interupted.
I googled up Richardson and to my amazement found these quotes which is apparently in his book, “Whatevever it Takes” “You have to lie to keep your job. If you have to lie, it is probably a good thing.”
It is obvious that Julia Gillard will deny the latest allegations and cleverly turn what is negative to a positive.

JULIA Gillard has revealed that her de facto partner, Tim Mathieson, will not be travelling on the campaign trail with her.-The Australian
Margie Abbott joined her husband, Tony Abbott, in his campaign on the road in Perth at the weekend and at a childcare centre in Queensland yesterday.
Both John Howard and Kevin Rudd had their wives alongside when campaigning.
But the Prime Minister said yesterday her partner would not be on the road because he was not a party official. She said his support was largely emotional.
"Obviously for my partner, Tim, his job is being supportive of me. He is very supportive of me," she said.
"He is not a Labor Party official, he is not a candidate or a minister, so you won't see him out on the campaign trail in that sense but obviously he will be (supporting me)."
Whether it's the risk of their abnormal body language being analysed, the provocation offered by his presence to one of her real partners, or the fact it might stir even the affable slow wits of the lamestream media, Tim the Beard won't be making an appearance as part of Gillard's carefully scripted media performance.
In a sane world, a full-blown communist activist like Gillard wouldn't have a snowball's chance in hell of being elected... But this is a world driven by and hypnotised with the lamestream media, so as long as her reality is obscured, another empty suit may well take high office...

China Military Report: China's J -12 fifth-generation aircraft will be put into active service in 2015
Undoubtedly China is now in the same position Soviet Russia was, ie being used as the new Hegelian boogeyman to scare Western citizens and subjects, but despite that, it is incontrovertible that ever since their 1992 military buildup began, targeted to end in 2012, China has stayed the course remarkably well. Advantage of a tyranny, no doubt. After 2012, the Chinese announced back in 1992, they would pursue a policy of restoring traditional Chinese imperial boundaries and "adjusting" borders accordingly. Yippee.

In the overall small sample polls beloved of the lamestream media to push their usually false points, Gillard is "ahead". In the detailed polls of key electorates and electoral groups, she is dead even or slightly behind. The marginal blue collar conservative voters haven't fallen in love with her. Despite what the media thinks of such voters, they're a hell of a lot smarter than the chattering classes when it comes to common sense. Since they live in the real world.

"Urgent - Radioactive Oil From BP Blowout!
Posted At Godlike Productions
This is going to blow the roof off of the scope of this disaster. This is why people are getting sick. This is why they are using Corexit in such quantities, this is why there aren't many ships out there. The radioactivity is beyond safe levels.
Remeber 'Alas, Babylon' while you read.
Lets first start with Eugene Island 330.
The mystery of Eugene Island.
Eugene island is a submerged geological feature like an underwater mountain 80 miles off the coast of Louisiana. The landscape is littered with deep fissures and faults which gush large amounts of oil and gas. A platform named Eugene Island 330 was producing 15,000 barrels of oil in the early 1970's. By the late 80's, the flow has reduced to 4,000 barrels a day. Then suddenly a mysterious thing happened. Production at Eugene Island 330 suddenly jumped back to 13,000 barrels a day. The reserve was refilled just like that. It is estimated the reserves went from 60 million barrels to 400 million barrels in a few days time. Something very strange is happening under the Gulf of Mexico.
What happened at Eugene Island supports the growing theory that oil is renewable from deep Earth processes. But don't let the general population know this. This aids to explain why the Middle East oil feilds seem to be inexhaustable.
Scientists noticed oils chemical composition did not change as fossil records had changed. Many scientist now believe oil is not created by decomposing remains of life since areas of very different ecospheres are producing oil of equal composition.
But there is much more to talk about the new discoveries of deep oil. Something very dangerous lurks in the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Keep in mind the reserve Deepwater was drilling happens to be the deepest offshore reserve to date. Also keep in mind how we learned oil is sourced from deep below the Earths crust. Further down then mankind has been able to study and observe.
Helium is a naturally occurring gas formed in oil reserves. So common that helium detectors have been used to discover oil reserves. Helium is an inert gas known to be a by-product from the radiological decay of uranium and thorium. Uranium and Thorium are known to be in great quantities at greater depths. Yes, radioactive elements occur naturally and can be found and detected in trace amounts in shallow oil reserves. Oil reserves that do not produce large amounts of methane also lack uranium and thorium. The presence of methane is proportional to the presence of uranium and thorium, both radioactive elements.
Yes, you read that correctly!
The more methane that is present reflects the amount of Uranium and Thorium in the oil reserve. The deeper the oil, the younger the radiological decay is that produces helium. The Eugene Island 330 rig was replenished showing deep oil is resupllying the more shallow oil reserves in the Gulf of Mexico just off the coast of Louisiana.
"The energy coming from uranium and thorium decay is thought to be the most significant energy source inside the earth," Tolich said. "So this is the driving engine for things such as tectonic plate movements, volcanoes and earthquake. We are looking for neutrinos, particularly electron antineutrinos ... coming from uranium and thorium decay inside the earth. The uranium and thorium is distributed all through the earth in the mantle. One part in 10 million of the earth's mass is thought to be made of uranium and thorium.
That is correct! There is a large feed from Deep Earth just off the coast of Louisiana. Does this ring any bells? Give you the idea of the scope of the disaster yet?
Deep Earth oil is flooding to the surface and it is contaminated with uranium and thorium. During the Gulf War the Gulf Syndrome is speculated to be caused by the expulsion of Uranium and Thorium from the wells opened up by Saddam Hussein. Similar symptoms of illness are now beginning to occur at the Deepwater Horizon spill site and the resulting oil slick.
It is my conclusion, the oil from Deepwater is Deep Earth oil with elevated levels of radioactivity from Uranium and Thorium that hasn't had the time to decay.

Geiger Counter video:
end of article"
So I did check Wikipedia on part of this article as follows:
"...On Earth, the lightness of helium has caused its evaporation from the gas and dust cloud from which the planet condensed, and it is thus relatively rare—0.00052% by volume in the atmosphere. What helium is present today has been mostly created by the natural radioactive decay of heavy radioactive elements (thorium and uranium), as the alpha particles that are emitted by such decays consist of helium-4 nuclei. This radiogenic helium is trapped with natural gas in concentrations up to seven percent by volume, from which it is extracted commercially by a low-temperature separation process called fractional distillation. ..."
How comforting to know.
Labor's deputy leader was a key figure in a socialist group that pushed radical policies and social agendas in the 1980s and early '90s.
Founded in 1984 as a pressure group within the ALP, the Socialist Forum also wanted to sever Australia's alliance with the US, remove the spy base at Pine Gap, introduce death duties and redistribute wealth from the rich to the poor.
The Sunday Herald Sun has gained access to the forum's archive - held in the Baillieu Library at the University of Melbourne.
The archive contains material revealing the radical past of Ms Gillard, including her links to former members of the Communist Party of Australia.
Ms Gillard, who could be Australia's next deputy prime minister, was on the management committee of the forum for many years. She acted as its public officer, secretary, and legal adviser on the drafting of its constitution.
Her signature is on liquor licence applications for the forum's social events, such as theatre nights.
In a pamphlet from the mid-1980s, Ms Gillard describes herself as a "socialist and a feminist" and someone who joined the ALP at 16.
"Contrary to what may have been suggested, Socialist Forum is not a secret organisation nor is it a sub-caucus with the Socialist Left," Ms Gillard says in the pamphlet.
"The members of the forum are drawn from varied backgrounds. Around 45 of the forum's members left the Communist Party of Australia in the division of a year ago and about 80 are members of the ALP. The largest group are not members of any political party."
The 200-plus member forum sought to influence Bob Hawke's Labor government, especially on foreign and economic policy, through the free discussion of ideas.
One key document is the 1985 "Pine Gap - Planning a Strategy", drafted by Philip Hind, who recommends a long-term policy of abrogating the ANZUS Treaty, removing Pine Gap and eventually closing all US bases.
Mr Hind visited the former Soviet Union and came back praising the reforms of president Mikhail Gorbachev. He recommended stronger ties with the USSR, including making Melbourne a sister city of Leningrad (now St Petersburg).
The archive also reveals the forum's debate over tax policy was based on a Communist Party tax pamphlet titled "A Case for Radical Tax Reform".
"We argue that there is only one effective way to reform the tax system, by a sweeping redistribution of the tax burden which now hits hardest at low and middle-income earners," the pamphlet says.
Health Minister Tony Abbott has accused Ms Gillard of erasing her radical past and her links to the forum.
Yesterday, Ms Gillard said she could not remember the forum discussing radical policies. "It did not adopt policy positions and I don't remember any of the papers being referred to," she said.

"People of the same trade seldom meet together, even for merriment and diversion, but the conversation ends in a conspiracy against the public"
- Adam Smith.
Gillard, a Fabian, classic commie child, society-hating secret lesbian (her girlfriends ARE out there) has been adopted by the lamestream media of Australia. But it is up to the people of Australia to TRY and resist the engineering of consent by the media outlets and really take a close look at Gillard. She stands for nothing; she is an absolute textbook hardline socialist opportunist. That they even still have such creatures in politics shows how desperately the current two party control system needs to be overthrown.
There have been serious and continuous questions, about falling audiences. The simple answer is that Who is getting pretty much the same size total audience... But nothing like the same number of viewers watching it on first broadcast. This is attributable to the constantly shifting time slot, the summer season, and perhaps partly to the loss of the Christmas tinsel dumbed down approachability of the first four seasons? The jury is out. Clearly if the overnight viewership had remained as high as earlier halcyon times there would be no need to include timeshift figures or any of the other new arcanabula to explain to the doubting or the positively committed to failure critics that the audience is still there... Just watching when it suits them.
There are strong rumours of companion changes in Series 6, adding extra companions because this is to the taste of the new showrunner Steven Moffat. Given the lean efficiency of Doctor plus one agog young female companion it seems extremely unwise to give in to that particular nostalgia trip, especially since the post 2005 show is a very different animal to the classic series. Messing with the dynamic duo in the middle of the story is not sensible. It isn't what the broad church of modern fandom expects or, in most cases, wants. Constantly reappearing Mary Sue characters are one thing, and bad enough, but messing with the duality aspect of the new show is going to violate the old saw- if it isn't broken, don't fix it.
Series 5 broke new ground in some areas. Its Vincent and the Doctor was very adult, in a good way, and its Silurian two parter was 'new' for the nu Who era by being so very firmly planted in classic Who's sensibilities and storytelling style. Not successful enough to be repeated though.
The new daleks have come in for stern criticism from anyone old enough to care, although doubtless popular with the very young.
And the new Cybermen, at least in the canonical Blood of the Cybermen game, finally have disposed of the god awful cybus parallel world symbol, and appeared as the original series monsters native to our own universe. Stealing back what Star Trek stole from Who, the Blood of the Cybermen game is VERY similar to Borg episodes of Star Trek. But then, so what. Trek plagiarised the Cybermen and Daleks in all ways other than appearance, and Doctor Who has every right to take it back and do it better, which I personally think they have.
It's gratifying to see the adventure game format make a roaring comeback with these Doctor Who games, too, especially since it blows away the crap masquerading as "the best" adventure games out there without really trying. Hopefully the latest iteration of FPSC will beef up its adventure game credentials and we can start making some ourselves!

A cave painting of the TARDIS in Utah, eh? Or not.
What interests me more is the way these cave paintings, much like the daubings of the neolithics of Australia aka the Aborigines, have had severely downgraded dating. This cave painting is now 7000 years old as opposed to a few years ago when estimates ranged between 10,000 and a billion jillion, much the same way the Aboriginal guilt industry claims that the Aborigines inhabited Australia from a time beginning shortly after what would one day be the Earth coalesced around the Racnoss ship from Doctor Who.
Why mention Aboriginal pseudo-history and Doctor Who in the same sentence? Why, because they're both works of fiction maintained by progressives of course! Silly rabbit.

The second adventure game, following the first, "City of the Daleks", is "Blood of the Cybermen" and features Mondasian ie non-cybus parallel earth Cybermen. Presumably due to production budget shortfalls we're yet to see non-cybus Cybermen in the show proper, but their day must surely come. It's ridiculous to have the only Cybermen come from some gaywad parallel Earth when there's no reason not to have the normal ones clomping around.
The Big Bang brings Series 1 / 5 / 31 / fnarg to and end, leading into the Christmas Special (and the adventure games, which are set post-Big Bang).

It is the real Al Qaeda.
Al Qaeda as often referred to in the MSM simply does not exist. And it never did. It's a combination of CIA fakery and outright lies by media morons. Al Qaeda the phrase is a nonsense, its leaders are actually Barry Soetoro style puppets. The only "real" thing about it is the culture of barbarism and hate for the West that most islamics feel.
Likewise, the real opponent of islamic savagery and its enablers are the Tea Party. Like the islamic enemy, they are not led, not focused and not organised in some secret database. Two great opposing poles of human movement- one light, civilised, loving and courageous, the other dark hateful and cowardly, have inevitably arisen, bypassed the usual desperate demagogues who try and manipulate them, and move into direct conflict.
It is the inevitable force of world historic destiny.
Barry, RINOs or anyone else for that matter can no more stop this process of mass change than they can genuinely lead through charisma and big ideas. The bankruptcy of leadership created a vacuum that both islamosocialism and the Tea Party are filling.
The time for words is nearly done.

Four great gates has the city of Damascus
And four Great Wardens, on their spears reclining,
All day long stand like tall stone men
And sleep on the towers when the moon is shining.
This is the song of the East Gate Warden
When he locks the great gate and smokes in his garden.
Postern of Fate, the Desert Gate, Disaster's Cavern, Fort of Fear,
The Portal of Baghdad am I, and Doorway of Diarbekir.
The Persian Dawn with new desires may net the flushing mountain spires:
But my gaunt buttress still rejects the suppliance of those mellow fires.
Pass not beneath, O Caravan, or pass not singing. Have you heard
That silence where the birds are dead yet something pipeth like a bird?
Pass not beneath! Men say there blows in stony deserts still a rose
But with no scarlet to her leaf--and from whose heart no perfume flows.
Wilt thou bloom red where she buds pale, thy sister rose? Wilt thou not fail
When noonday flashes like a flail? Leave nightingale the caravan!
Pass then, pass all! "Baghdad!" ye cry, and down the billows of blue sky
Ye beat the bell that beats to hell, and who shall thrust you back? Not I.
The Sun who flashes through the head and paints the shadows green and red,
The Sun shall eat thy fleshless dead, O Caravan, O Caravan!
And one who licks his lips for thirst with fevered eyes shall face in fear
The palms that wave, the streams that burst, his last mirage, O Caravan!
And one--the bird-voiced Singing-man--shall fall behind thee, Caravan!
And God shall meet him in the night, and he shall sing as best he can.
And one the Bedouin shall slay, and one, sand-stricken on the way
Go dark and blind; and one shall say--"How lonely is the Caravan!"
Pass out beneath, O Caravan, Doom's Caravan, Death's Caravan!
I had not told ye, fools, so much, save that I heard your Singing-man.
This was sung by the West Gate's keeper
When heaven's hollow dome grew deeper.
I am the gate toward the sea: O sailor men, pass out from me!
I hear you high in Lebanon, singing the marvels of the sea.
The dragon-green, the luminous, the dark, the serpent-haunted sea,
The snow-besprinkled wine of earth, the white-and-blue-flower foaming sea.
Beyond the sea are towns with towers, carved with lions and lily flowers,
And not a soul in all those lonely streets to while away the hours.
Beyond the towns, an isle where, bound, a naked giant bites the ground:
The shadow of a monstrous wing looms on his back: and still no sound.
Beyond the isle a rock that screams like madmen shouting in their dreams,
From whose dark issues night and day blood crashes in a thousand streams.
Beyond the rock is Restful Bay, where no wind breathes or ripple stirs,
And there on Roman ships, they say, stand rows of metal mariners.
Beyond the bay in utmost West old Solomon the Jewish King
Sits with his beard upon his breast, and grips and guards his magic ring:
And when that ring is stolen, he will rise in outraged majesty,
And take the World upon his back, and fling the World beyond the sea.
This is the song of the North Gate's master,
Who singeth fast, but drinketh faster.
I am the gay Aleppo Gate: a dawn, a dawn and thou art there:
Eat not thy heart with fear and care, O brother of the beast we hate!
Thou hast not many miles to tread, nor other foes than fleas to dread;
Home shall behold thy morning meal and Hama see thee safe in bed.
Take to Aleppo filigrane, and take them paste of apricots,
And coffee tables botched with pearl, and little beaten brassware pots:
And thou shalt sell thy wares for thrice the Damascene retailers' price,
And buy a fat Armenian slave who smelleth odorous and nice.
Some men of noble stock were made: some glory in the murder-blade;
Some praise a Science or an Art, but I like honorable Trade!
Sell them the rotten, buy the ripe! Their heads are weak; their pockets burn.
Aleppo men are mighty fools. Salaam Aleikum! Safe return!
This is the song of the South Gate Holder,
A silver man, but his song is older.
I am the Gate that fears no fall: the Mihrab of Damascus wall,
The bridge of booming Sinai: the Arch of Allah all in all.
O spiritual pilgrim rise: the night has grown her single horn:
The voices of the souls unborn are half adream with Paradise.
To Mecca thou hast turned in prayer with aching heart and eyes that burn:
Ah Hajji, wither wilt thou turn when thou art there, when thou art there?
God be thy guide from camp to camp: God be thy shade from well to well;
God grant beneath the desert stars thou hear the Prophet's camel bell.
And God shall make thy body pure, and give thee knowlede to endure
This ghost-life's piercing phantom-pain, and bring thee out to Life again.
And God shall make thy soul a Glass where eighteen thousand aeons pass.
And thou shalt see the gleaming Worlds as men see dew upon the grass.
And sons of Islam, it may be that thou shalt learn at journey's end
Who walks thy garden eve on eve, and bows his head, and calls thee Friend.

First : (name withheld) and I went down there to try to get footage of the Oil Spill that Main Stream Media couldnt or wouldnt show. We had planned 2 stops, one in Venice La, and the 2nd in Grand Isle La. at the last minute we changed the plans to Grand Isle first because we couldnt get ahold of the boat that we where meeting in Venice La.
We arrived in Grand Isle and the first thing we noticed in the miles of bridges we traveled that there was no sign of Oil, we looked at the Beach Obama was at the day before and found NO OIL. We found a large number of coast guard, but they where leaving the morning we arrived ( sunday 6/6/10 ) We drove around and found nothing unusual, we started heading north and stopped at the Port Fourchon cut off ( no road signs ) at the Conoco where a few minutes later 2 Army Humvees arrived with full battle dress and even more unusual contractors in white helmets in the back.
This is when we decided to get a hotel and stay.
After the Coast Guard left, Army started coming into town, 3 to 4 vehicles at a time, this lasted throughout the day, night and the following day. We went into town, everything was fluid, constantly changing in a seemingly uncontroled kaos. a large majority of the houses on the beach ( south side of Grand Isle ) had military vehicles, this also changed rapidly as a few times we drove through they where getting harder to spot but never left Grand Isle ( Atleast via hwy 1 the only way out )
That night, I showed (name withheld) the Oil Spill tracking map google set up showing how the oil was being held by currents from the Miss. River and the Gulfstream and how it could never go west to Grand Isle ( MORE ON THIS IN A MINUTE ).
We noticed a truck parked next to us with a coast guard logo stating National Strike force, Atlantic Strike Team, we also saw 2 tatical looking boats heading towards Grand Isle. We also heard there was a off shore mission that night from someone at the hotel. ( I'm leaving some out for now )
Monday 6/7 we saw the same 2 boats leaving while we where fueling up by the hotel ( on video ) , then we returned to Grand Isle. The changing of the guards was complete, no kaos, still a military presence and we found a constuction site in woodland green with woodland construction equipment at Port fourchon. There was more equipment there, but I chose not to try to ask the road block for access, I had a bad feeling since we just had filmed Homeland 15 minutes earlier and was seen. Grand Isle was Oil Free when we left, all of this was video taped.
On the way back we noticed several large cranes that pick up containers painted in Woodland Green heading east on I- 10 ( for the new port they seem to be building? )
Tues 6/8 Showme comes over, we record a live video show and release about 30 minutes of the footage unedited.
Wed 6/9 Well. Ive caught hell for how I posted the video teaser and the lack of much else. I posted the teaser for the News sites and stations who demanded I upload videos the night I was driving back...... We drove after all the driving around in LA. 1875 miles round trip in 2 1/2 days, we didnt have much sleep before we left either. that video was for those who just couldnt wait.
Later I was talking to someone on the phone who stated that the same google oil tracker updated on 6/8 shows Oil on Grand Isle FROM A SEPERATE OIL SPILL IN THE GULF NOT RELATED TO THE MAIN OIL SPILL. check it, sat photo confirms this.
We postponed a mexican border trip because of hot intel about the coast in La. 2 guys in Texas drove all the way down there unplanned just hours after the intel so we could bring you the truth. I was on the phone constantly with people wanting updates, my words may have been taken out of context BUT I had asked the few I gave details NOT to post about it TILL I GOT BACK HOME to review the video. THIS is the FIRST OFFICIAL ACCOUNT of Our Grand Isle Trip. I have left some intel out of this report because I need confirmation of what I thought I was seeing, and have challenged several to try to prove the released video false. The only problem with that is local sources tell me now the Military has full control of the area and will arrest those taking pictures and video. We will find this out when a member here called American Militia and his crew goes there this weekend to debunk me, I wouldnt ever call anyone out like that unless they mass emailed my name, American Militia did, We with them luck with the fact finding mission and pray for their safe return home with video.
Future Plans, I would love to go back to Grand Isle in the next few days to gather more video and meet up with anyone doing the same. The Mexico Trip is still on as far as I know and should happen soon. From this point on, while on trips my phone will be very limited to a select few for my safety and reputation.

The jig is up: ACORN "works" for the Democratic Party and deliberately engages in voter fraud (Wizbang)

Judicial Watch obtained FBI documents that show the ACORN employees who were arrested and pleaded guilty in 2007 for voter fraud in St. Louis, Missouri, confirmed to the FBI that its organization is an arm of the Democratic Party and engaged in deliberate voter fraud. The Daily Caller filed this story today, and it's filled with damning information, although none of it is a surprise, really. Seriously, we knew that the Democratic Party and ACORN were connected at the hip and worked together to get Democrats elected. We also knew ACORN engaged in voter fraud.
Miscellaneous factoids I dug up: did you know AngloGold Ashtani CEO Mark Cutifani worked in a mine in exchange for university tuition, and now runs a multibillion dollar company? That BHP has lost more market capitalisation (as of last week) courtesy of the super tax than BP has lost post the Gulf oil spill? That no-name African finance ministers have approached big mining delighted with the Rudd muck-up?
At breakfast the next morning I ran into the Australian’s ever-gracious Paul Kelly, and I tried out my Rudd Theory of Decline on him, the outline of which I’ve laid out in WSJ editorials over a period of months: that provided Australians didn’t feel the effects of the global recession, Rudd was popular, and that popularity fed the belief he could do what he liked to the economy (reunionisation, healthcare ‘reform,’ higher taxes, blowout public spending), but the ‘super-tax’ is a step too far because now ordinary Aussies understand their prosperity is under siege. ‘Sounds right, Mary,’ Paul said, smiling. You know where this is going: call us the canary in the mine.

How can man-made global warming, the EFA or Rudd ever be popular? What kind of "people" support such insane things?
Rudd voter, man-made global warming supporter, genetic lottery winner, and proud member of the half of the population BELOW average intelligence. Excelsior!

Kevin Rudd has never altered his behaviour or his demeanour one iota. He had a public persona and a Hyde-like real persona all along. It is the media who have concealed that, and marketed him to the Australian populace. The engineering of consent by the media, and its constant lies, is a source of disgrace for Western civilisation. Rudd is just Obama-lite: someone whose CV is blanked out by the media and apologists in all quarters. For the media it's not about truth, it's about narrative.
And now the chickens come home to roost. First for the puppets the media foist on people, then for the media themselves.
These are dark days, and the stormclouds of war are gathering. The media will not be immune to the structural changes soon to take place.
The theory of the tort or wrong of interference is that the law draws a line beyond which no one may go in intentionally intermeddling with the business affairs of others. So, a systematic effort to induce employees to leave their present employment and take work with another is unlawful when the purpose of such enticement is to cripple or destroy their employer rather than to obtain their skills and services in the legitimate furtherance of one's own business enterprise.
It also becomes unlawful when the inducement is made through the use of untruthful means, or for the purpose of having the employees commit wrongs such as disclosing the former employer's trade secrets.

Marine biologists say the jellyfish numbers are rocketing because they need not die.
Dr Maria Miglietta of the Smithsonian Tropical Marine Institute said: "We are looking at a worldwide silent invasion."
The jellyfish are originally from the Caribbean but have spread all over the world.
Turritopsis Nutricula is technically known as a hydrozoan and is the only known animal that is capable of reverting completely to its younger self.
It does this through the cell development process of transdifferentiation.
Scientists believe the cycle can repeat indefinitely, rendering it potentially immortal.
While most members of the jellyfish family usually die after propagating, the Turritopsis nutricula has developed the unique ability to return to a polyp state.
Having stumbled upon the font of eternal youth, this tiny creature which is just 5mm long is the focus of many intricate studies by marine biologists and geneticists to see exactly how it manages to literally reverse its aging process.

The TARDIS materialises inside a "Sanctuary Base" meant for deep-space expeditions. The Doctor and Rose discover an inscription scribbled on the station wall which the TARDIS is unable to translate.
After a slight misunderstanding when first meeting the Ood, a docile race of empathic servants who work on the station, the travelers meet the crew of the base, led by acting Captain Zachary Cross Flane. Then an earthquake occurs and they all have to take cover. Afterwards, the crew is introduced by Science Officer Ida Scott and includes, Head of Security John Jefferson, trainee maintance officer, Scooti Manista, and archeologist Toby Zed. They are on an expedition on an anomalous planet in orbit around a black hole. The Doctor realises that it is impossible for the planet, which is called Krop Tor, to be in geostationary orbit around the black hole, as it should be pulled in like the star systems around it are. He calculates that it would take a phenomenal amount of power (Six to the power of six for six seconds) to generate the huge gravity funnel stabilising its orbit. The funnel is not a natural phenomenon, and the crew is drilling ten miles underground to the core of the planet in hopes of finding the power source and using it. The origin of the power source is an ancient civilisation that had been on Krop Tor, and the inscription on the wall is a transcription of a stone tablet found on the planet.
The Doctor soon discovers that storage sections 5 to 8 had collapsed as a result of the earthquake-like tremor they had experienced moments after their arrival, dropping the TARDIS, which had been in Storage 6, into a crevasse. With no resources to divert the drilling, Rose and the Doctor are stranded.
It isn't long before a malevolent presence begins to make itself known. Strange messages about the Beast awaking to make war against God emanate from the Ood's translation spheres and the base computer's speakers. Toby begins to hear voices just before he is possessed by the Beast. Then the crew and travellers watch the Scarlet system get eaten by the black hole. Then Rose gets a strange message on her phone and Toby wakes up. Danny, the Doctor, and Rose all discover the Ood acting up and saying weird things.
Soon after that Scooti enters Toby's room. She talks into the room saying "Toby, I've got your expenditure." But Toby wasn't here. So she puts the file on the desk. Then the computer announces the opening of door 41. She looks up and around as it says "Close Door 41" She looks perturbed and mutters "41..." then she sprints out of the room. She comes into a cooridor and the door closes behind her. She asks the computer why it opened the airlock and who went out. It cannot confirm. Then she asks whose spacesuit was logged out. It says no spacesuit was logged out. Scooti got irritated and tried to report this to Zach. However her radio died and she was forced to return to the computer. She tells it to trace fault. It says there is no fault. Now fed up, she yelled at the computer to tell her who went out. Instead the computer says "He is awake" And a bewildered Scooti asked what that meant. The computer then says "He bathes in the black sun" Scooti backs away disturbed. A shutter then opens down the hall and Scooti walks over to it. She then finds, to her shock, Toby standing outside, without a spacesuit. She comments on how that is impossible. Toby then motions her forward with his finger. Scooti raises her arm as if in a trance. Her eyes get wet as if about to cry. This continues for a few seconds. Then Scooti looks at her arms and slams it to her side. She then yells at Toby to stop it. Toby then begins glaring at her and sounds like glass breaking fill the air. Scooti looks frantically for the source. Then a large crack appears on the window. Scooti gasps in fear, now realizing Toby means to kill her. Scooti races down the hall to the door and tries to open it. However Toby has sealed all the doors with his powers. Scooti continues screaming and tugging at the door to open it. However it ignores her and the crack grows larger signalling her approaching death. Scooti loses all control and just tries to pull the door, screaming at the top of her lungs to open. Then Toby unclenches his fist and the glass explodes. Air begins rushing out of the breach. Scooti's fingers are pulled off the handle. She is pulled backward, though she tries to regrasp it. However the rushing air is too much for the young woman. Then Scooti started screaming wildly. Then Scooti was sent screaming, kicking and crying to her death in the dark and lonely vacuum of space. Eventually the crew finds her lifeless body floating in space being dragged into the blackhole.
The team finally manages to drill down to the core of the planet. The Doctor and Ida journey down the mine shaft and into a massive cavern with ancient giant sculptures along its walls. They head for the power source, guided by sensor readings, and find a large circular disk set in the floor of the cavern, which the Doctor suspects is a trap door of some sort. The edge of the disk is also covered with inscriptions.
Meanwhile in the base, the Ood's telepathic fields rise dangerously to Basic 100, which is high enough to induce brain death, but they are obviously still alive. Finally the beast makes itself known through Toby before seemingly transferring itself to the Ood. The Ood identify themselves as the Legion of the Beast and begin to advance on the crew members, including Rose. Finally, the Doctor and Ida stand before a seal on the cavern ground, which then slids open, to a black chasm. A voice booms out from beneath it, stating, "The pit is open, and I am free!"
Saturday Extra! The Cardinal T-Square of 2010 and 2011
The signs of the zodiac are divided into three qualities, or “quadrulplicites.” The cardinal signs — Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn — are dynamic and initiate action. The fixed signs — Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius — are persistent and, just as the name suggests, solid and unmoving. The mutable signs — Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces — are adaptable, flexible, and open to change.
A T-square occurs when planets occupy three signs within one quality. Put another way, it is comprised of two squares (90 degrees) and an opposition (180 degrees), which denotes extreme tension and conflict. The planet or planets at the point, or apex, take on great significance. If all four signs are occupied, then it’s called a grand cross, which is comprised of four squares and two oppositions.
Such alignments are rare, and when they happen, dramatic events take place on the world stage. That will be all the more true in 2010, because the eclipses in Capricorn and Cancer are part of the picture. Eclipses are often enough on their own to herald life-changing events.
The shift into cardinal influences began slowly, with Pluto’s entry into Capricorn in early 2008. He slipped back into Sagittarius on his retrograde path over the summer and then re-entered Capricorn in December that year. When Saturn entered Libra last October, he formed a conflicting square with Pluto. The resulting tension is similar to pressure that builds up at the juncture of two tectonic plates. When the pressure releases, we get an earthquake.
It starts getting a little complicated here, because Saturn currently is retrograde and back in the final degrees of Virgo for a few months. That means he’s no longer part of the cardinal T-square, although he is going to form an opposition to Uranus at the end of this month, and we’ll briefly experience a mutable T-square. I’ll have more on that in my weekly forecast.
The big news comes in late May and early June, when Uranus and Jupiter enter Aries, followed by a pair of eclipses in Cancer and Capricorn on June 26 and July 11. On July 21, Saturn returns to Libra, where he’ll stay until October 2012. From late July to mid-August of 2010, there will be a tight T-square involving Venus, Mars, Saturn, Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto. We’ll have a few days in there when the Moon in Cancer transforms the configuration into a grand cross.
The last time we had this kind of powerful buildup in the cardinal signs was in 1989. The Berlin Wall fell when Uranus, Venus, Saturn, and Neptune were all closely aligned in Capricorn, opposite Jupiter in Cancer (Ceres and Chiron were close by, too). At the moment the announcement was made, the alignment was on the Ascendant and Descendant. This was one of the defining moments of the 20th century, and the T-square we’re about to experience is in many ways an extension of that event.
Other startling events happened in 1989, including the Exxon-Valdez oil spill, the Loma Prieta earthquake, and the protests in Tiananmen Square.
The most extreme example of a cardinal T-square I’ve been able to find is the chart for the Tunguska explosion in 1908. It’s a mindblower, with all but two planets aligned in Cancer, Capricorn, and Aries. The blast felled trees and knocked residents several miles away off their feet. Researchers still don’t know what caused it, but the prevailing opinion is that a meteor exploded several miles above the earth’s surface.
Other events that year, while not outstanding in and of themselves, fueled tensions leading up to World War I.
Unfortunately, there is no clearly identifiable pattern to provide us clues for what could happen in the next couple of years. Natural disasters, environmental crises, and political upheaval are all possible — and, I would add, likely. But some of the changes, while disruptive, may ultimately be beneficial. After all, the fall of the Berlin Wall was an amazing breakthrough.
